PROFESSOR SALLY GAINSBURY

Sally Gainsbury (PhD, Doc.Clin.Psych, Hon) is Professor in the School of Psychology at the University of Sydney, Director of the Gambling Treatment and Research Clinic, and Leader of the Technology Addiction Team. Her research focuses on understanding gambling and the impacts of technology to design and evaluation policies and practices to minimise and prevent gambling harms. Professor Gainsbury has been awarded numerous awards, prizes and fellowships recognising the contribution of her research to policy and practice. She has authored >150 publications and worked extensively with government, industry, and community stakeholders.
