Having established himself as a leader of product, technology and operations teams for leading wagering startups and scale-ups over 20 years, Tom Rundle joined Dabble shortly after its inception in August 2020, driven by a desire to build a business that would provide the next generation of wagering entertainment to the world.

Tom has led teams in Australia and internationally through the history of innovation within wagering in Australia, including the implementation of new systems for phone betting, websites, mobile apps, the expansion of product range, and dealing with the introduction of new regulations, fees and taxes.
