Brad Brown is the National Manager, Regulatory Operations. Brad is AUSTRAC's senior executive responsible for AML/CTF supervision, ensuring more than 17,000 Australian businesses in the banking, financial services, gambling, bullion, money transfer and digital currency exchange sectors adhere with their AML/CTF obligations in Australia.

Brad joined AUSTRAC in 2004 after a 15 year career in law enforcement. Brad has performed senior executive leadership roles across AUSTRAC’s business within Intelligence, International, Policy, Education and Capability. He holds a Masters in Policing, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism.
