Executive Director, Regulatory Operations & Enforcement at Liquor & Gaming NSW
Jane Lin is the Executive Director, Regulatory Operations & Enforcement for Liquor & Gaming NSW.
Prior to this she worked in a range of enforcement and intelligence roles within the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission for almost 20 years, investigating and litigating consumer and competition matters and leading a number of operational branches, with a focus on data and intelligence-driven regulation.
She has also worked as a Competition Policy Advisor for Ofcom, the UK’s communications regulator, and has qualifications in law, economics and political economy.
In her current role, Jane is responsible for providing executive leadership and governance for the Liquor & Gaming NSW compliance, enforcement, assurance and probity functions, and leads the implementation of a risk-based regulatory framework for compliance and enforcement of the liquor, gaming, wagering, lottery and casino sectors in NSW.
