Nicholas launched his career in 1988, starting in Merchant Banking after earning a Bachelor of Economics. With extensive experience trading on major global exchanges, he also held the role of Director of Proprietary Trading at Credit Suisse in the United Kingdom.
Since returning to Melbourne in late 2005, Nicholas has obtained essential accreditations for broking and advising. He specialises in originating deal opportunities and executing strategic business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital raisings through IPOs, private placements, and rights issues.
Since 2008, Nicholas has also played a key role in guiding companies from Venture Capital to listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Nicholas's extensive market experience and expertise make him a highly sought-after advisor by market participants, particularly in Corporate Advisory and Foreign Exchange. He has notably guided IT companies through the listing process on the ASX. Since 2020, Nick has been serving as Chairman of BetOdyssey and Wolfpack Financial Inc., where he continues to lead strategic growth and innovation.
