CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - RESPONSIBLE WAGERING AUSTRALIA
Kai Cantwell has been the Chief Executive Officer of Responsible Wagering Australia since April 2023.
Kai has extensive political and government relations experience working in federal minister’s offices, government departments and most recently at the international software company, Oracle. Kai has worked in social policy for more than a decade, in a range of areas including child protection, welfare, Indigenous affairs and women’s safety.
He brings this experience and understanding of social issues to his current role, ensuring the correct controls are in place to protect vulnerable Australians from gambling harm while also allowing the vast majority of Australians who gamble safely to continue to do so.
