Luke is the Chief Operating Officer at Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) and is responsible for the Finance, Customer Service, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology and Digital Transformation functions.  Prior to working at HRV, Luke held senior finance and leadership roles at Sportsbet, the 2015 Cricket World Cup Organising Committee and Cricket Australia.

Luke is also a director RSN 927 Racing & Sport, VicRacing Ltd and is Chair of Racing Products Victoria Pty LTD.
