Aaron is a highly experienced C-suite Executive with a background in sports, wagering, gambling, media, hospitality and entertainment in international markets. Aaron has strong leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering key outcomes. Prior to being Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Racing Victoria, Aaron held leadership roles with Sand Hill Road, Sky City Entertainment Group and Crown Resorts Limited.

Aaron is also a highly experienced director. He is currently a director of RSN 927 Racing & Sport, Thoroughbred Racing Productions, Racing Victoria Media Limited, VicRacing Ltd, Sports Wagering Integrity Monitoring Ltd and VicTAB Ltd.

At Racing Victoria Aaron is currently acting CEO and also oversees the administration, regulation, and promotion of thoroughbred racing to drive engagement, participation and generate sustainable industry funding through wagering and other commercial activities including media, content, and data rights management.
