Tom Waterhouse is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Waterhouse VC. With over 20 years of experience in wagering, Tom is an accomplished operator and investor in the industry. His family has been in the wagering industry for over a century.

At 20, Tom became a licensed bookmaker and quickly became Australia's largest on-course bookie by 2008. In 2010, he launched TomWaterhouse.com, growing it to 250,000 clients and 100 employees before selling it to William Hill in 2013. As CEO of William Hill Australia from 2014 to 2018, Tom managed multiple brands with one million clients and a $2 billion turnover.
