Vaughn is the Chief Executive Officer of Racing SA. Racing SA is responsible for conducting thoroughbred racing in South Australia with 185 race meetings conducted across 25 clubs.
Following a lifetime interest in racing, Vaughn has worked in racing for over 20 years with experience in each racing code with roles in Victoria, Tasmania and now South Australia. Vaughn has seen the evolution of the racing and wagering market first hand as the racing industry has had to adapt to changing market conditions.
Through a deep understanding of the wagering market Vaughn has focused on optimising returns to the racing industry while working collaboratively with industry partners.
