Emilie Jirsch is the CMO for Dabble, the global wagering business pushing the boundaries of the modern betting experience. Dabble combines all the best social features of Instagram, Discord and Twitch with a modern sports betting platform, operating in Australia, the US and the UK. With a focus on innovation and industry disruption, Emilie leads a teams across the three markets to make the brand the proverbial “purple cow”, while engaging and entertaining the modern, young punter and sports fan.

Emilie has over 16 years’ experience in sports, entertainment and wagering. On the broadcaster side, she led marketing for Stan Sport, launching campaigns in partnership with Rugby Australia, UEFA Champions League and the 4 Tennis Grand Slams. Emilie was Head of Marketing for Rugby Australia, managing the Wallabies and Super Rugby brands, driving ticket sales for the Test matches and delivering participation growth at a grassroots level.

During her time at TEG, Emilie lead the marketing efforts for Cirque du Soleil, Peppa Pig & Paw Patrol Live, Brickman, Melbourne Esports Open (now Dreamcast), Boomers v USA, Keith Urban, KISS, Human Nature and Niall Horan. Prior to TEG, she worked in wagering for 8 years’ across William Hill brands (Sportingbet, Centrebet and Tom Waterhouse) and Sportsbet.
