Suzy Neilan
Chief Executive Officer - Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC)
Ms Suzy Neilan, a highly experienced leader with nearly 20 years of senior executive expertise in both public and private sectors, is the CEO of the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).
Ms Neilan brings to the role significant senior leadership experience in regulation, transformation and customer service, and a track record delivering large scale technology and legislative change programs in highly regulated settings. Her career in the Victorian Public Service has included leadership roles at the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and the Victorian Building Authority (VBA).
Ms Neilan is a recipient of the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) 2024 Top 50 Women Award and is committed to achieving outcomes that benefit Victorians.
An advocate for women in the public sector, who champions diversity and inclusion, Ms Neilan commenced her role on 1 April 2025.
