Andrew Vouris is the Chief Executive Officer of Entain Australia and New Zealand, one of the region’s leading wagering and entertainment businesses.
Andrew is a values-led and commercially focused leader. His leadership philosophy is simple: people first, then product, then profit… underpinned by a ‘win, but not at all costs’ culture.
With deep experience across wagering, media, retail operations, digital product and customer strategy, Andrew has held senior leadership roles at some of Australia’s most recognised betting businesses. He is known for combining strong commercial instincts with an understanding of industry stakeholders, regulatory and safer gambling obligations, and the importance of long-term trust.
Since taking the helm at Entain ANZ, Andrew has focused on embedding a compliance-led culture, disciplined cost control, getting back to the basics of selling bets, and driving innovation that improves the customer experience while protecting those most vulnerable to harm.
Andrew is passionate about the future of racing and rugby league and understands the vital role wagering plays in supporting sport, participants and communities. Outside work, he is a lifelong supporter of the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
