Cameron Rodger

Cameron Rodger is a co-founder and partner of Evergreen Advisory, an Australasian advisory firm focused on the racing, wagering and gaming sector.
Cameron brings senior wagering experience from the New Zealand market. He spent 12 years across TAB New Zealand and Entain New Zealand, most recently as Managing Director of Entain New Zealand from 2023 to 2025, following the 25-year strategic partnership with TAB. Before that, he was Chief Commercial Officer at TAB New Zealand from 2022 to 2023, where he led the commercial negotiations on the partnership transaction from the TAB side. He was previously Head of Legal and Compliance at TAB New Zealand from 2020 to 2022. Earlier in his career, he held roles leading Responsible Gambling and as a Commercial Analyst at the New Zealand Racing Board.
