Jacqueline Johnstone
Principal, Estair Advisory
Jacqueline Johnstone joined Racing NSW in 2019, following a successful career as a Detective with the NSW Police. Jacqueline specialised in major crime, with the later part of her policing career dedicated to the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Unit of the NSW Police.
With a passion for horses, Jacqueline commenced her journey with Racing NSW leading the investigations and Surveillance Department.
In 2022, Jacqueline became part of the Executive Leadership Team at Racing NSW when she was appointed as General Manager of Integrity for Racing NSW, having oversight and management of all integrity and welfare matters concerning thoroughbred racing in NSW.
Jacqueline is now the Principal of Estair Advisory where she utilises her law enforcement, integrity and governance experience to provide tailored and strategic advice to clients on the areas of integrity, investigations, compliance and crisis management for organisations facing issues or challenges. Jacqueline also provides support and guidance on brand and reputation management, to ensure client success and sustainability of their industry.
