Jason Scott
CEO, The Booki Group
On 25 July this year, Jason returned to his wagering roots, joining the Booki Group as CEO. The Group is set to deepen its involvement in the Australian wagering market through the Spring.
Jason previously served as CEO of the Queensland Greyhound Racing Club (QGRC), where he led preparations for the highly anticipated launch of The Q in May 2025. He was also CEO of Racing Queensland and has held non-executive positions with the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities, the Asian Racing Federation, and as Chair of the Australian Racing Hall of Fame.
With more than two decades of experience in wagering, Jason has held senior leadership roles across Australia and internationally. He was CEO of Ladbrokes Australia from 2017 to 2019, and most recently Vice President of Trading, VIP, and Retail Sportsbooks at BetMGM in the United States. His career also includes senior roles with Ladbrokes, the Tatts Group, and a long tenure as a racing analyst and bookmaker.
Jason’s extensive leadership background spans trading, strategy, and racing operations, giving him deep insight into both domestic and global wagering markets.
