Joint Chair, Victorian Bookmakers Association (VBA)
Lyndon Hsu presently owns and operates several bookmaking business including BetGalaxy, VolcanoBet, Sugar Castle, BetBetBet and GallopBet, and is presently the Joint Chair of the VBA.
With 31-years' experience in investment banking & leveraged finance at Credit Suisse, HSBC and Standard Chartered in regional and global positions, the transition to digital wagering services was a relatively easy one. Through the same period, Lyndon has had the privilege of managing licensed bookmaker operations in the State of Victoria, Australia. As well, he has served, and continues to do so, as the Joint-Chair of the VBA, holding this position (singularly and jointly) continuously since 2003.
Lyndon was also heavily involved in the data science start-up company BetCloud Holdings, acting as foundational Chairman for a period of 18-months, during which time he facilitated the company’s establishment, corporate governance framework, and capital raising efforts, leading up to the company’s operational launch of BetCloud’s flagship wagering operating system in 2023.
