His career spans senior executive roles across Australia, Macau, and Canada, and most recently as Managing Director of Three Points Consulting, where he advised on strategic growth and operational transformation.

Matt’s leadership is grounded in a strong foundation of governance and community engagement, having studied with the New Zealand Institute of Directors and served on the board of Heart of the City Auckland.

At a time when the racing sector is undergoing significant change, Matt’s commercial acumen and passion for the sport position him as a key figure in shaping the future of wagering and racing in New Zealand.
