Lachlan Fitt
Co-founder and Partner, Evergreen Advisory
Lachlan Fitt is a co-founder and partner of Evergreen Advisory, an Australasian advisory firm focused on the racing, wagering and gaming sector.
Lachlan brings senior wagering experience having spent six years at Entain Australia and New Zealand, most recently as Deputy CEO and CFO across the combined ANZ business between 2023 and 2025. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Entain Australia from 2019 to 2023, where he led the financial structuring and execution of the 25-year strategic partnership with TAB New Zealand. His earlier career includes three years as General Manager of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations at Tabcorp Holdings, where he was part of the deal team on the $11 billion Tabcorp and Tatts merger, and four years as a Research Analyst at Macquarie Group.
Since founding Evergreen, Lachlan has worked closely with a range of clients, including racing codes and bloodstock owners on the commercial, financial and structural challenges facing the racing and breeding industries. This includes work on funding models, racing population sustainability, governance and revenue growth, with a focus on turning strategic priorities into practical commercial plans.
Lachlan also sits on the Advisory Board of Adrenalen Group, an Australian sports media business that distributes live sport to licensed venues and supplies large-format LED display technology to venues, stadiums and major events. Adrenalen is also building a dedicated in-venue digital out of home advertising network, allowing licenced venue owners to monetise their audience at scale.
