Zac has been an integral part of senior leadership teams across the globe – innovating via holistic, purpose-driven content strategies and producing targeted marketing initiatives for brands like TAB, Churchill Downs, bet365, Betway, Sportingbet, William Hill and HKJC.

After spending 5 years in North America from 2019-2024, Zac took up the role as GM of Brand Experience, Communications & Industry Promotion for New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing in 2025.
