Justin Rodski was appointed CEO of the Melbourne Storm in February 2021.
Justin joined Melbourne Storm after spending ten years with Victorian AFL club, Essendon FC, where he was the Chief Commercial and Customer Officer.
With a background in media and sports journalism, Justin has led and delivered many successful strategic and business outcomes, he’s managed complex issues involving many stakeholders and has played a significant leadership role delivering record commercial and consumer growth, as well as major brand, marketing and communications initiatives to build member and fan engagement, not only for Melbourne Storm, but also rugby league on the national and international stage.
Importantly, Justin understands the importance of a thriving and healthy culture, attracting quality people to create a successful high-performing environment in a highly competitive market. Building on the strength of tradition and connection with a sense of belonging, Justin encourages innovation and investment in the leadership and development of people to help maintain the Melbourne Storm as one of the country’s most respected and successful sporting teams.
